Preheat oven at 350. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix first 4 ingredients together in large mixing bowl with spoon. Pour about 1/3 into bottom of bundt pan. Chop apples in pie filling and layer onto cake mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped pecans (if desired). Cover with remaining cake mix and bake for 50 mins. Let cool and drizzle with glaze. Glaze: Stir ingredients together in bowl and drizzle onto cake. If icing is too thin and more sugar. If too think add more liquid, either milk or juice.
