Pumpkin Spice Muffins

I can't take credit for this recipe, as I found this on the message boards, but didn't see it posted here. These are delicious and healthy! I think they taste like pumpkin pie

Ingredients

• 1 Box Spice Cake Mix
• 1 15 oz. Can Pure Pumpkin
• 1 Cup of Water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together one box of spice cake mix, 1 cup of water, and 1 can of pumpkin. It may help to mix the water into the mix before adding the pumpkin. Transfer batter to a muffin tin. Bake 18 - 21 minutes or as directed on the spice cake mix box. Makes 24 muffins/cupcakes.
