Soft and Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg devil's food cake mix

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 375F. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and eggs in a mixer bowl for 1 min. Add dry cake mix; beat on medium speed for 1 min or until mixture pulls away from the side of the bowl and forms a soft dough.

2. Shape into 44 balls. Place, 2" apart on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with tines of fork dipped in sugar.

3. Bake 7-8 mins or just until edges of cookies are set. Cool on baking sheet for 2 mins. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
