  • 2 T butter
  • 1 C chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 3 C minature colored marshmallows
  • 1/2 C chopped nuts
  • coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and chips in saucepan. Add beaten egg. Stir together quickly and remove from heat. Let cool. Add marshmallows. Spread coconut and nuts on wax paper. Put chocolate mix in a long roll and roll it up so it will be coated. Wrap in the wax paper and refrigerate over night. Slice as needed.
