Strawberry Pizza

Ingredients

• Sugar cookie mix - baked on pizza pan
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 8 oz cool whip
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• Strawberries
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 T cornstarch
• 1 cup water
• 1 T light corn syrup
• 3-4 T jello

Preparation

Step 1

Bake sugar cookie crust. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled crust.

Wash, hull, and slice strawberries. Layer berries over cream cheese mixture.

Mix sugar, cornstarch, water, corn syrup, and jello. Spread gently over berries.
