Triscuit Chicken Parm Snackers

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (1/4 of an 8oz pkg) mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cooked small boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 16 triscuit pepper and olive oil crackers
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350F. Cut cheese into 8 slices, then cut each slice in half. Combine chicken and sauce; toss to coat.

2. Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken, cheese and oregano. Bake 5-6 mins or until cheese is melted.
