Shrimp & Crab Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lb peeled & deveined shrimp
  • 2-3 tsp toasted ground cumin
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1 9oz bag tortilla chips
  • 3 cups grated pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapenos

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a large skillet over med heat. Add shrimp,cumin, and garlic, saute 3 min or till shrimp are pink. Combine shrimp, crab, sour cream, and green onions in a large bowl. Spread tortilla chips on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Top with shrimp mix, sprinkle with cheese, and top with jalapenos.
Broil 5-6" from heat for 2 min or till cheese melts. Serve immediately.
Serves 6-8.
