  • SERVE OVER:
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 t miced garlic
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes,
  • undrained
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 2 med onions, chopped
  • 1 lb wide egg noodles
  • SPRINKLE WITH:
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

BROWN CHICKEN IN SKILLET.
Add all in Crock Pot.
LOW 8-10 HOURS
OR
HIGH 4-5 HOURS
Remove CINNAMON STICKS and Bay leaf.
