Ingredients
- SERVE OVER:
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 6 t miced garlic
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes,
- undrained
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 2 med onions, chopped
- 1 lb wide egg noodles
- SPRINKLE WITH:
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
BROWN CHICKEN IN SKILLET.
Add all in Crock Pot.
LOW 8-10 HOURS
OR
HIGH 4-5 HOURS
Remove CINNAMON STICKS and Bay leaf.
