Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 med. tomatoes,, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
2. Stir in tomatoes and chilies. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the cream cheese; stir until melted. Stir in sour cream. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
