Ingredients

  • 2 Boxes of Frozen Spinach - Cooked according to instructions.
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 2 Tblsp of Flour
  • 1 Roll of Jalapeño pepper cheese
  • 1/2 Can evaporated milk
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onions in butter until onions are clear. Add the flour and mix. Chip the jalapeño pepper cheese and to mixture.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until cheese is all melted. Add spinach and mix well. Put in casserole dish and bake until bubbly on sides. at 375 degrees
