- 2 c. soured milk
- 1/2 pkg. (1 1/4 tsp.) dry yeast
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2-1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1
Night Before: combine milk, yeast, and flour; mix well. Cover and let stand at room temperature overnight.
Next Day: add eggs and oil; beat until smooth. Mix together sugar, soda and salt. Add to batter; mix to combine.
Cook on lightly greased hot griddle.
