WHOLE WHEAT MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • Put into a mixer and stir together:
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • Form a well in the dry ingredients and add:
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/3 c. cooking oil
  • 1/2 c. nuts or sprouted wheat

Preparation

Step 1

Beat with batter beater just until thoroughly moistened. Bake in greased muffin tins at 425° for 15 minutes.
