Ingredients
- 3-4 Zucchini
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 32 oz. Chicken Stock/Broth
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 Tbs. Sour Cream
- Chicken Boullion
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and cut zucchini into rounds.
Chop or smash garlic.
Cut onion in quarters.
Place above items and chicken stock into a large pot and boil.
When boiling, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
When done, add boullion to taste. Puree with an immersion blender.
Add sour cream to add body. Puree again.
Serve.
