Ingredients

• Cake
• 1 1/2 c oil
• 2 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp soda
• 3 c grated carrots
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• Icing
• 1 stick butter
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 pkg confectioners sugar
• 2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

325 oven

Combine sugar, oil & eggs. Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon. Add to sugar mizture and beat well. Add vanilla, carrots. Bake in greased pan for 1 hour.

Mix all icing ingredients together and beat well.
