spicy sausage cheese dip

  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 15 oz. jar of medium or hot salsa



Step 1

Brown sausage in a skillet and drain any drippings. Cut the velveeta into chunks and add to a microwave safe bowl with the salsa and cooked sausage. Microwave on high in 2 minute intervals until cheese is completely melted. Serve with nacho chips. Great for parties because it stays "dip-able" for a long time without needing to be reheated.
