- 2 cups chicken
- 1 Pkg Chicken Rice-A-Roni
- 1/2 Cup Mayonaise
- 1/2 Cup Celery
- 1 jar marinated Artichoke hearts

Step 1
Cook 2 Cups chicken
Cook 1 pkg Chicken Rice-a-Roni
Mix Chicken and 1/2 cup mayonaise, 1/2 cup celery and salt and pepper to taste. Combine cooked Rice-a-Roni and the chicken mixture. Stir in one jar marinated artichoke hearts(cut up).
Delicious served warm w/salad and rolls or served cold on lettuce or stuffed avocado/tomatoe.
