Pineapple Macadamia Nut Bread

  • 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, with juice
  • 1 Tblsp baking powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar

Step 1

Combine sugar, eggs, oil, juice, and pineapple; mix well. Add dry ingredients and fold in nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
