Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup water
- 4 tortillas, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
2. Add seasoning mix, beans, salsa and water; stir. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat for 5 mins.
3. Stir in tortillas; top with cheese. Cover; let stand 5 mins or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions.
