Ingredients
- 1 C. Butter
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 2 teas. water
- 2 teas. vanilla or almond flavoring
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Ground nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients together. Chill 4 hours. Roll into 1 1/2" ball. Bake at 325. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
For a double batch use 1 cup shortening with 1 cup butter.
