CRANBERRY ORANGE PULL-APARTS

Ingredients

  • 24 frozen dinner rolls, thawed
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. non-instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 orange rind, grated
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry pudding and sugar together. Cut rolls in half and roll them in pudding/sugar mixture. Arrange, alternately with cranberries and orange rind, in a large sprayed bundt pan. Sprinkle remaining pudding/sugar mixture over rolls. Pour melted butter over top. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cover with foil last 15 minutes of baking. Invert onto a serving platter.
Glaze: Combine powdered sugar, butter and orange juice; mix. Cover warm rolls with glaze.
