Ingredients
- Goat cheese, cut into half inch slices
- Egg whites
- Bread crumbs
- 1 T butter
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T champaign vinigar
- 2 T apple cider vinager
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Mescaline Salad Mix

Preparation
Step 1
Slice goat cheese using dental floss into 1/2 inch pieces. Dip in egg white. Dip in fresh bread crumbs. Chill 15 minutes. Saute in butter and olive oil mixture.
Vinigrette
Mix in food processor vinager, salt, pepper, sugar, and egg yolk. Slowly mix in the olive oil.
Place salad in bowls, add vinigrette and goat cheese. Serve.
