Start by spreading the Grands Biscuits out on a cookie sheet or pizza pan (I used this vented pizza pan so I could throw it on the grill!).

Add chicken (shortcut: buy a rotisserie chicken at your grocery store and cut into pieces)

Top with baby spinach and more cheese!

Bake for 7-10 minutes at 400 degrees or if you want to grill them, place on grill over medium high heat for 10 minutes. Serve immediately. We ate ours outside on the patio with fresh fruit and salad, it was the perfect weeknight family dinner!
