- 1 CUP MARGARINE
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 1 EGG
- 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 1/2 TSP VANILLA
- 4 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1/4 TSP SALT

Step 1
CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. BEAT IN EGG VANILLA AND SOUR CREAM. ADD SODA AND SALT, THEN ADD THE FLOUR. CHILL FOR 1 HOUR OR OVER NIGHT. ROLL DOUGH TO 1/4 INCH THICK CUT OUT COOKIES AND BAKE 350 FOR 8-10 MINUTES
