Ingredients
- 3 T. flour
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp instant beef bouillon
- 1 C. water
- 1 C. skim milk
- 3 T. finely chopped chives
- 2 T. dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
1) mix flour, cornstarch, bouillon and water in 2 qt. saucepan; stir in remaining ingredients.
2) cook over md. high heat until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly. boil and stir for 1 minute
