Ingredients

  • 3 T. flour
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp instant beef bouillon
  • 1 C. water
  • 1 C. skim milk
  • 3 T. finely chopped chives
  • 2 T. dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1) mix flour, cornstarch, bouillon and water in 2 qt. saucepan; stir in remaining ingredients.

2) cook over md. high heat until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly. boil and stir for 1 minute
