Ingredients

  • 2 croissants

  • shredded Gouda

  • grated Parmesan Reggiano

  • arugula

  • 6 slices salami

Directions

Preheat panini press. Slice croissants in half, lengthwise. Divide Gouda between the two croissants, placing the cheese on both sides of the sandwich. Place 3 slices of salami on each croissant and top with arugula. Sprinkle with Parmesan Reggiano. Close sandwiches and grill for 2-4 minutes, depending on your grill, or until the cheese is melted.
