Mushrooms Stuffed with Crabmeat and Garlic Cream Cheese

- 3/4 lb medium size mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- 1/2 lb crab meat
- 1/2 lb cream cheese
- 1/2 cup garlic croutons, finely crushed
- parmesan cheese, grated
Mix together crab meat, cream cheese and croutons until mixture is blended. Mound mixture into mushroom caps. Sprinkle tops generously with Parmesan cheese and lightly with paprika.
Broil until piping hot.
