Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 16-ounce can prepared pumpkin (ready made for pies)
  • 3/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Mix ALL DRY ingredients, then WET. Stir till mixed well.
Flour & grease 16 oz. cans. Fill Half full with batter. Bake approximately 1 hour or till top looks done.
