Ingredients
- 1 small onion, minced
- 3/4 lb. bacon
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 medium can tomatoes and green chili peppers
Preparation
Step 1
Brown onion in small amount of butter or oil. Snip and cook the bacon until crisp. Drain bacon and add to onion. Add the tomatoes and chili peppers to the bacon and onion mixture. Gradually add cheese until melted. This dip may be served immediately or refrigerated and reheated later.
