Rhubarb Upside down Cake

Ingredients

• 5 c. diced rhubarb
• 3 c minature marshmallows
• 1 lg pkg strawberry Jello
• 1 c sugar
• 1 box yellow cake mix

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first four ingredients and pour int prepared 9x13 pan. Top with cake mix prepared according to the box. Bake for 1 hr. at 350*. Cool 5-10 minutes. Serve warm, topped with whip cream or ice cream.
Also good cold.
