Ingredients
- Grated zest of ½ a lemon
- Grated zest of ¼ of an orange
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 3 tbs. lemon juice
- 3 tbs. water
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbs. flour
- Salt
- 3 egg yolks
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk everything in a small pan, cook, whisking and scraping the pan over medium heat until thickened and mixture begins to bubble. Cook, whisking briskly, for approximately one minute. Strain the mixture into a bowl and cover with parchment paper. Stir gently, chilling for up to 2 days.
