Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ c part skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ c shredded part skim mozzarella
  • ¼ c shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c FF milk
  • 2 T margarine
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 2 / 10 oz chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed
  • 3 cups cooked fettuccine

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender, combine & puree ricotta, milk,
mozzarella, and Parmesan. In a large sprayed
skillet, sauté garlic in margarine 4-5 min. Add
cheese mixture and spinach in skillet and cook
until heated. Add fettuccine and toss gently
