- 2 cups (4 oz.) French's fried onions
- 2 T flour
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten

Step 1
Crush fried onions with flour in plastic, bag. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400 until cooked through.
Zesty tip: Substitute 1/4 cup any flavor French's mustard instead of beaten egg.
