Tasty Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

• 2 - 6 oz. jars artichokes
• 1 - med. onion, chopped
• 1 - clove garlic
• 4 - eggs
• 1/2 c. soda crackers
• 1/4 c. chili salsa
• 1 lb. cheese grated

Step 1

Drain juice from "1" jar of artichokes. Saute onions and garlic. Beat eggs, add crushed crackers, onions, garlic, salsa, chopped artichokes.

Put in a baking dish.

Dip with your favorite cracker. I love Ritz with this.

325° - 350° 30 to 35 min.
