Ingredients
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup margarine or butter
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour with salt and pepper in plastic bag. Flour chicken and brown in butter. Add lemon juice and sliced mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
I use more lemon and add a little lemon rind to enhance the flavor.
