Ingredients
- 3 tbs. butter
- 1/4 ¼ cup flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 ½ tsp. Salt
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. Sugar
- 1/8 tsp. White pepper
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbs. whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, stir in flour and make a smooth paste. Cook 1 minute. Blend broth gradually into flour mixture. Cook, stirring until sauce is theckened
