Coconut Apple Cereal


I needed something sweet so I started by opening a can of coconut milk and then magic - my version of "cereal"!

  • 1/2 can Coconut Milk
  • Protein Powder, vanilla
  • 1 Apple, little cubes
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Raisins
  • Walnuts (or Almonds)
  • Cinnamon

Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 5mins


Step 1

- Open can of Coconut Milk; pour desired amount in bowl

- Add Protein Powder (vanilla adds taste); stir

- Cut 1 Apple into little cubes; add to bowl

- Add desired amount of Shredded Coconut + Raisins + Walnuts (or Almonds) to bowl

- Sprinkle with Cinnamon
