Fruit filled Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix and required ingredients
  • **Demarle mold
  • **Demarle perforated sheet
  • Filling:
  • 1 small pkg white chocolate pudding (or flavor of your choice)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 8oz tub of cool whip
  • Fruit (fresh or well drained canned/frozen)

Preparation

Step 1

Directions:
Make cake as directed on box. Let cool completely, then turn out.
Whisk together first two ingredients Blend in the cool whip. Add any fruit.
Slice cake with Demarle knife in half.
Remove top, fill with cream mixture, reserving 1 cup to place on top.
Cover cake with cake top, and spoon on 1 cup of topping.
{If you are using canned fruit, drain the fruit overnight, and you can use the fruit juice in the cake mix instead of water.}
