Ingredients

  • Mix:
  • 1 – 6 oz can crabmeat
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped black olives
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 24 mushrooms – medium – stems removed
  • Parmesan cheese

Step 1




Preheat oven to 400. Fill mushroom caps and sprinkle with cheese. Place on cookie sheet (which has been rinsed with water and excess removed). Cover with foil and bake 10-15 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until tops are golden – about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
