Ingredients
- 2 c cold Brewed coffee
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c whipped cream
- 1&1/2 c melted chocolate chips, cooled
- 36 to 40 ladyfinger cookies
- 1 t vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Place cold coffee in shallow pan.
Beat cream cheese and condensed milk together.
Add to whipped cream and then add melted chocolate chips.
Dip lady fingers in cold coffee and arrange on a 9 x 13 pan. Spread on 1/2 the cream cheese mixture. Add another layer of coffee dipped lady fingers and the rest of the cream cheese mixture..
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours.
Can be refridgerated for up to 2 days.
