• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
• 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
• 1 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Zest
• 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
• 1/8 Cup White Wine
