Ingredients
- 4 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 – 2 tbs. sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
In the bowl of a mixer placed all the ingredients and beat until the mixture holds its shapes and looks light softly whipped cream. Chill until ready to use, cream should be made just before serving.
