  • 1 pkg. shredded coleslaw
  • 2 pkgs. beef-flavored ramen noodle soup
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

Crunch noodles and set aside. Mix coleslaw, sunflower seeds and almonds in large bowl. Mix oil, vinegar and sugar together with both flavor packets from soup. When ready to serve, put dressing on salad and toss. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with crunchy, crushed noodles just before serving.
