Pork Chop and Rice

- 1 6oz. pkg. long-grain and wild rice mix
- 2 cups hot water
- 6 (1/2in. thick) bone-in pork loin chops
- 1 can cr. of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
(1) Combine rice, seasoning packer and rice mix and water, place in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. (2) Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place over rice mixture. (3) Cover and bake at 350 for 45 min. (4) Uncover casserole; combine soup and milk and pour over chops. Bake uncovered another 15 min.
