Pork Chop and Rice

  • 1 6oz. pkg. long-grain and wild rice mix
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 6 (1/2in. thick) bone-in pork loin chops
  • pepper
  • 1 can cr. of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk


Servings 6


Step 1

(1) Combine rice, seasoning packer and rice mix and water, place in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. (2) Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place over rice mixture. (3) Cover and bake at 350 for 45 min. (4) Uncover casserole; combine soup and milk and pour over chops. Bake uncovered another 15 min.
