Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 small chopped sweet pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the 2 tablespoons of butter, flour and milk. Cook on low fire until smooth and creamy. Add corn, salt and sugar. Now add the onions and sweet peppers. Simmer on a very low flame for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
