Ingredients
- 4 lbs. ground beef
- 14 1/2 oz. beef broth
- 3 T. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. beef bouillon, divided
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 T. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 T. chili powder
- 1 T. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp.salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 T. lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
1)cook beef in skillet til browned; drain
2) place cooked beef in slow cooker with onion, beef broth, tomato sauce, chili powder, paprika, cumin, 2 tsp. beef bouillon, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper
3) cook for 7 hours on low or 3 hours on high
4) stir in remaining beef bouillon, onion powder, salt, sugar, garlic salt, chicken bouillon and lime juice
5) cover; cook 1 more hour
