Ingredients
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 1 cup parsley (1 more cup basil leaves)
- 1/2 cup parmesan or romano cheese
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts (or pine nuts or a combo)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put nuts and garlic in food processor for 15 seconds
Add basil (parsley) salt and pepper
Pour oil into feed tube
Add cheese and puree for 1 minute
