Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef cooked, shredded and drained
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 3 Tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 green chili peppers chopped up
  • 1 medium onion chopped into small pieces
  • 3 medium tomatoes chopped up
  • 1 29 oz. can pinto beans w/ little juice
  • 1 29 oz. can kidney beans w/ little juice
  • 1 29 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 stalk celery chopped up
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Mix well & let cook on high for approx. 3 hours. or low 5-6 hours
