Ingredients
- 1 C soft butter
- 1/3 C whipped cream
- 2 C flour
- sugar for rolling out dough
Preparation
Step 1
pre heat oven 375
roll 1/3 of dough @ a time.
roll to 1/8" thick on a floured cloth covered board
cut into 1 1/2 circles.
Transfer to wax paper with sugar.
Bake on ungreased sheet & poke w/fork about 4 times.
Bake 7 to 9 mins. until set but not brown.
cool
Icing:
1/ C soft butter
3/4 C powered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
a couple of drops of water if needed
mix until smooth & fluffy
