Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground turkey
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 2 potatoes, finely shredded
- 2 small red bell peppers, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape into a loaf to fit in your slow cooker. Place in slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
